Before the commencement of the "Ulaanbaatar Metro" project construction, an archaeological study and reconnaissance mission was conducted by a research team from the Institute of Nomadic Archaeology at the National University of Mongolia (NUM). The primary objective was to identify and safeguard any historical or cultural heritage sites along the planned route.
Through the study conducted across the 19.4 km project area extending from Tolgoit to the Uliastai roundabout, no visible historical or cultural heritage sites were discovered.

Recommendation: Although no surface artifacts were found, the possibility of buried heritage cannot be ruled out. It is recommended to maintain caution during construction and immediately notify professional organizations if any artifacts are uncovered.
